Joining Our E-Mail Lists When you sign up to join any of the Stock Position Monitor E-mail Lists, we collect your e-mail address and other information for the purpose of sending you e-mail regarding the subject you expressed an interest in. We do not add anyone to our list involuntarily, and once you subscribe we offer you easy access to stop your subscription at the bottom of each e-mail message you receive. Additionally, Pyramid Computing, Inc. does not currently rent, sell, trade, or otherwise provide your e-mail address to outside parties without your express permission.

Use of "Cookies" The Stock Position Monitor Website uses a technology called "cookies," small files stored by your browser to help identify you as a unique visitor to  our Website. We do not currently share the information we collect with outside parties. Most Web Browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser settings to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use the website, you just may have to re-enter information that would have been retained with a  cookie.

Your Information & Third Parties It is currently not Pyramid Computing, Inc.'s policy to rent, sell, trade, or otherwise provide customer mailing or e-mail addresses we collect through an on-line transaction to outside parties. If, in the future, we identify reputable third parties whose products or services we believe would benefit our visitors, we may choose to share this information with those organizations. If you do not want your information shared, send an email to  postmaster@StockPositionMonitor.com.  All software developed by Pyramid Computing, Inc. does not contain any Spyware.  No private information is collected or transmitted while using the programs.  Pyramid Computing, Inc. may disclose personally identifiable information we've collected if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (1) conform to the requirements of the law or comply with governmental orders, court orders, or legal process served on Pyramid Computing, Inc., or (2) protect and defend the property or rights of Pyramid Computing, Inc. or the users of the Stock Position Monitor Website.
